Job summary

Target Freight Management is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to independently identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities in the transportation and logistics space. You will prospect potential customers by phone, email, and in-person visits, and present our services to both new and existing clients.

You will maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business while meeting or exceeding sales targets; the role requires strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in transportation or logistics.
• Logistics operations knowledge (FTL/LTL or 3PL) preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and business software.
