Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will run appointments, visit locations, analyze needs, and prepare detailed proposals.

Negotiate and close sales, process orders, and support staff with documentation while spending time at big box stores to capture leads. We offer a commission-driven path with a base salary and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management and organizational abilities.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Valid TDL, good driving record, background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations, assess needs, and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Process orders and provide documentation to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads as needed.
• Follow up on older leads tracked in the company system.
• Maintain positive business relationships to drive future sales.
• Meet agreed sales targets within schedule.
• Report to HQ as needed.

Job description

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

• Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have Valid TDL, Good Driving Record, Pass a Background Check and Reliable Transportation.

Income + Sales Commissions: $50K (BASE) + Bonuses + Company Vehicle + Company Fuel Card

• 15-18 sales - $150 ea sale
• 19-22 sales - $200 ea sale
• 23 + sales - $300 ea sale
