About the Role:

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business while nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts. You’ll spend approximately 70% of your time traveling within your territory, meeting with clients, attending industry events, and generating leads.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation industry
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure top-tier support
• Represent Afcat Group Inc. at trade shows, expos, and networking events

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or industrial supply experience a plus)
• Proven track record of developing new business and meeting/exceeding quotas
• Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 70% of the time)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Familiarity with insulation materials, construction sites, or industrial distributors is highly desirable
