Job summary

PIRTEK is seeking a proactive field sales professional to own a Las Vegas territory from day one. This hunter will open doors, build relationships, and drive new accounts across industrial, construction, and commercial sectors.

Work directly with the owner in a fast-paced environment, visiting sites, managing pipeline, and delivering hose replacement solutions with speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of B2B, industrial, or construction field sales experience.
• Prospect, build a pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Conduct in-person visits to industrial, construction, and commercial sites.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts.
• Identify customer needs on-site and recommend hose replacement solutions.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account progress and report to the owner.
• Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field, reinforcing speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
