Job summary

PIRTEK Las Vegas North is seeking a driven Territory Growth Representative to grow our customer base in North Las Vegas. You'll work with the franchise owner to prospect, develop, and manage B2B accounts across industrial, construction, and commercial sectors.

The role emphasizes hands-on prospecting, relationship building, and quick on-site needs assessment, with a Monday–Friday schedule, base salary plus commission, and opportunities for long-term growth within the national PIRTEK brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 2+ years of B2B, industrial, or construction field sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter — comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory in North Las Vegas.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct in-person visits to industrial, construction, and commercial sites to present PIRTEK's services.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts.
• Identify customer needs on-site and recommend the right hose replacement solutions.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account progress and report directly to the franchise owner.
• Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field, reinforcing the brand's reputation for speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.
