PIRTEK's North Las Vegas franchise is seeking a driven Territory Growth Representative to expand our loyal customer base across industrial, construction, and commercial accounts. You'll work directly with the franchise owner to develop new B2B opportunities and deliver on-site hose replacement services.

You will visit sites, respond to leads, and leverage our brand's speed and reliability to win and retain customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of B2B or industrial sales preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, build a pipeline, and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts daily across your assigned territory in North Las Vegas.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct in-person visits to industrial, construction, and commercial sites to present PIRTEK's services.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert them into active accounts.
• Identify customer needs on-site and recommend the right hose replacement solutions.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and account progress and report directly to the franchise owner.
• Represent PIRTEK professionally in the field, reinforcing the brand's reputation for speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.

Our North Las Vegas franchisee-owned location is growing — and we're looking for a driven Territory Growth Representative to grow with us. You'll work directly alongside the franchise owner, building and expanding a loyal customer base across industrial, construction, and commercial accounts in the North Las Vegas market.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
