Holland Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Outside Sales Representative for Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on growing our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business, with strong earning potential and long-term stability.

You will prospect and develop new accounts, maintain client relationships, inspect roofs, and propose repair solutions while tracking opportunities in RoofScope and striving to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Construction or building services experience preferred.
• Ability to access rooftops and job sites.
• Valid driver’s license.

We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business. This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and long-term stability.
