Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Nashville, TN is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales with pre-qualified leads. You’ll present our generators and home solutions, build trust with homeowners, and close deals.

This role offers uncapped commissions with typical annual earnings around $150k+, with top performers exceeding $250k, plus strong benefits and sales tools provided. If you’re customer‑oriented, have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and a high school

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships with tailored solutions.
• Wow customers with product knowledge and compelling sales pitches.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts to close deals.
• Close deals and drive customer satisfaction and company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the team’s success.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2‑3 years of in‑home sales experience (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
