Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of contractor accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and win new business.
• Conduct in-person visits, product demos, and training sessions.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, training sessions, and industry events as needed.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory.

Qualifications:
