Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell work truck bodies, equipment and accessories. You will identify leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and provide customers with exceptional service.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Associate's degree and/or previous sales experience preferred.

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales Representative to sell work truck bodies, equipment, and accessories; identify potential leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and provide customers with exceptional service and support. This full-time position will work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In this fast-paced role, youll work directly with dealers and end customers, asking questions to determine their needs and propose appropriate equipment solutions. Youll prepare and present sales proposals, build custom quotes, place and manage orders. To be successful in this position, youll need excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize job duties in order to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. This position has a designated territory and requires some overnight travel.
