Window Nation in Virginia is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to present our home improvement products in customers' homes. You’ll listen to needs, present tailored solutions, and guide customers from first meeting through post-sale follow-up, while earning commissions and base pay.

This customer-facing role requires a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability, driving to customer homes, and strong communication to build lasting relationships and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days.
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales.
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps.
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability.

Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-homesalespresentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives‘live the brand’ by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post‑sales customer experience.

This is a customer-facing sales role with a schedule driven by customer demand. To be successful in this position, you must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends.

Sales Representatives typically work 5-6 days/week, including one or both weekend days, depending on the season and business needs. Typical appointment windows are:

• Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM
• Appointment times may vary based on customer availability

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs.

• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications

First 60 Days:

• Earn commissions plus guaranteed base training pay of up to $2,700/month while you ramp up and learn our proven sales process

After 60 Days:

• 100% commission with UNCAPPED earning potential - your effort directly drives your paycheck

On-Target Earnings (100% Commission):

• First 12 month average (ramp-up year): $90k–$130k
• Fully ramped-up average performers: $130k–$190k
