Job summary

Refloor is hiring for a remote sales position focused on Lexington homeowners. You will meet clients, guide flooring choices, close deals using provided leads, and deliver a five-star in-home experience. Ongoing coaching and support help you maximize earnings in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes a weekly Louisville office visit, flexible scheduling, and strong income potential driven by performance, with top performers earning $120K+ and a path to commissions early in training.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working remotely with a weekly in-office requirement in Louisville.
• Willingness to work weekday evenings and Saturdays as needed to reach customers.
• Performance-based income with training and support provided.
