Regent Restoration of Dallas is seeking an energetic Outside Sales & Business Development Representative in Lewisville, TX to grow our restoration client base. This full-time role blends field visits, relationship building, and proactive market development.

You will present our pack-out and contents services, identify mold and asbestos opportunities, and build referral partnerships with restoration professionals. Prior sales experience is required; restoration background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and comfortable making calls and meeting with business owners and contractors.
• Self-motivated, personable, and results-driven.
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Outside Sales & Business Development Representative

$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our business by building strong relationships with restoration companies and industry professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, developing relationships, and generating business.

Restoration industry experience is not required—we will train the right candidate.
