Job summary

ProFast, Inc. is expanding in Central Pennsylvania and we're looking for an experienced outside sales professional to help contractors solve problems, grow customer relationships, and build new business throughout the region.

You'll manage an established Central Pennsylvania territory while identifying new opportunities to grow market share with commercial contractors, industrial customers, builders, and construction professionals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful outside sales experience.
• Experience selling construction products, industrial supplies, or other distribution products.
• A track record of developing new business.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Call on contractors and job sites throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate opportunities, and follow projects through completion.
• Meet or exceed territory sales and profitability goals.
• Partner with Inside Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Become a trusted resource by staying current on products, market trends, and customer needs.

ProFast is expanding in Central Pennsylvania and we're looking for an experienced sales professional to help contractors solve problems, grow customer relationships, and build new business throughout the region. You'll manage an established Central Pennsylvania territory while identifying new opportunities to grow market share with commercial contractors, industrial customers, builders, and construction professionals.
