Job summary

1-800 Hansons is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, identify needs, and present home-improvement solutions. You will work with products like windows, roofing, siding, and KOHLER baths/shower offerings, with 1-3 company-provided appointments daily and uncapped commissions.

Top performers currently earn $250K-$400K annually, with weekly direct deposit and opportunities for training and growth within the sales team.

Qualifications

• In-home or outside sales experience.
• Automotive sales or F&I experience.
• Roofing, windows, HVAC or solar experience.
• High-ticket, commission-driven sales experience.
• Ability to connect with homeowners and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who requested information about home improvements.
• Identify needs, present HANSONS solutions, demonstrate value, and close the sale.
• Work with windows, roofing, siding, gutters, baths/showers products.
• Follow the sales process and participate in training before running appointments.
• Take advantage of provided appointments and opportunities for double commissions.
