Job summary

Refloor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to guide homeowners through flooring solutions during in-home appointments. No prior flooring experience required—our hands-on training, tools, and supportive team set you up from day one.

You’ll work with provided leads, earn uncapped commissions with draw, and aim for first-year averages around $70K with top performers over $120K. Flexible weekday evenings and Saturdays help you connect with customers and grow your income.
