Job summary

Refloor is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Greer, SC to meet with homeowners, advise on flooring solutions, and close sales using provided leads. You will deliver an exceptional in-home experience and participate in ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.

Expect 4-week training with two weeks paid, commission from sales with a draw, and a performance-based rewards structure including a new hire bonus and growth opportunities.
