Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate sales by engaging homeowners in the Fort Walton Beach area. You will train, then work outside, knocking on doors, following up by phone or mail, and presenting HomeTeam products with confidence.

No prior sales experience is required; full training is provided and you can earn an uncapped income with a base pay of $15 per hour plus commission potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.

Qualifications
