Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Warranty Consultant to grow our homeowner relationships and generate pest control sales in your assigned Florida territory. No sales experience is required and training will be provided.

You will knock on doors, mail outreach, and call homeowners to explain benefits and pricing, then complete sales documents to support Pest Techs in delivering a delightful customer experience. Enjoy support, growth, and a competitive earnings structure.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
