Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate sales by reaching homeowners in the assigned area. The role involves door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls, building long-term customer relationships, and presenting product benefits and pricing.

No prior sales experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and have a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours and outdoor work are expected.

• Physical demands: able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
