HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Sales) to generate new business by reaching out to homeowners, presenting our pest control solutions, and closing deals in the field.

No sales experience is required—we train you. A company vehicle, gas card, phone, and benefits come with the role, along with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Physical Demands / Working Environment: able to work in all types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to support Pest Control Techs
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people?
• Be flexible with hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all customers

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
