HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate local business by reaching out to homeowners in your assigned area, including door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls.

No sales experience is required; training will be provided, and you can build lasting customer relationships. You'll enjoy a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $60K–$80K annually, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for career advancement in a friendly, supportive work

• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
