Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Sales) to drive residential sales in the assigned area.

You will reach homeowners through door-knocking, mail, and calls, and build lasting customer relationships while presenting the benefits and pricing of HomeTeam’s services. You should be comfortable working outside and flexible hours, with the ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have information they need.

Outside Sales Representative (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
