Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Broward County, FL. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources, and promote our home care services in collaboration with the care management team.

The role offers this full‑time position with a base salary of $50K–$60K, a 2% uncapped commission, and multiple revenue streams, with growth potential at a nationally awarded agency.

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships within the Southwest Broward area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care management team to promote our home care services and ensure patients receive the support they need. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to connect with potential patients and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
