Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward in Florida is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth and build relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources. You will promote our home care services, identify opportunities, and align with care management to ensure patients receive support.

The role offers a base salary of $50K–$60K with a 2% uncapped commission plus multiple revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape and services.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships within the Southwest Broward area. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our care management team to promote our home care services and ensure patients receive the support they need. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you'll have the flexibility to connect with potential patients and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources.
3. Conduct market research to understand patients needs and preferences.
4. Present and promote Homewatch CareGivers services to prospects effectively.
5. Collaborate with care management to address patients needs and inquiries.
