Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in Broward County, FL. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources, and promote our home care services in collaboration with the care management team.

The role offers this full‑time position with a base salary of $50K–$60K, a 2% uncapped commission, and multiple revenue streams, with growth potential at a nationally awarded agency.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Understanding of the healthcare landscape and services.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources.
• Conduct market research to understand patients needs and preferences.
• Present and promote Homewatch CareGivers services to prospects effectively.
• Collaborate with care management to address patients needs and inquiries.
