Florida Window & Door in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an in-home sales representative to leverage pre-qualified appointments and close high-value hurricane protection solutions. This role offers uncapped commission, attractive bonuses, and training to help you build relationships with homeowners.

You will meet homeowners at their homes, present customized windows and doors, educate on hurricane protection, and manage the sales process from first meeting to contract.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
• Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs
• Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
• Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
• Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract

What We're Looking For

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday-Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
