Job summary

Senske is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Euless, TX to grow our residential and commercial sales. You’ll meet customers in the field, present services, and drive revenue with base plus commissions. You’ll use our CRM and Siro AI tools to manage opportunities and close deals, while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience and territory coverage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Tech‑savvy with basic computer/mobile skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers in person to assess their property needs and present service options
• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and community outreach
• Promote and sell Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Build relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and help retain accounts
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

• Outside sales experience (lawn care, horticulture, or pest control is a plus)
• Strong communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile skills
• Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling throughout the territory
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
• Ability to meet physical requirements of outdoor/field-based work
• Must be 21+ by hire date
