Job summary

Senske Services in Springdale, AR is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build your own territory, grow earning potential, and help homeowners solve lawn care and pest control needs.

You will meet with homeowners, prospect for new customers, provide estimates, and maintain CRM. A base salary plus commissions drives earnings; strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
