Job Details

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, outside sales, and displays. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the engineering industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
  • Manage and maintain a territory of clients and prospects
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote the company and its products
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales in the engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
