Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Mesa, AZ. No experience required, training provided. You will build relationships with contractors, meet at job sites and offices, and drive new business while growing existing accounts.

Expect a base salary with substantial commission potential and benefits like a company vehicle and tech tools. You’ll work Monday–Friday, leverage networking events, and partner with operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Outside Sales Representative | No Experience Needed

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 base salary plus up to 50% bonus/commission opportunity

We're hiring a sales representative to grow our presence in the Mesa market and Construct Lives in the community we serve. You'll partner with contractors who need reliable skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions, often on a tight timeline. The best part: you're not explaining a brand-new product. Customers already know this service and rely on it. Your job is to build trusted relationships, understand what each contractor needs, and be the person they call when a project can't wait.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts
• Partnering with your operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory: once fully trained, you'll start your days from home and end your days at home!
• Networking Events: Think golf tournaments, clay shoots, lunch & learns, etc.

What You Bring:

• You’re comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC’s trailer
• Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission
• Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms)
