Job summary

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in digital marketing services for small businesses. You will sell Websites, Ads, Reviews, Social, and SEO while prospecting and building a robust book of business.

In a hybrid work environment, you will receive structured classroom and field training, plus ongoing company-wide support. Expect uncapped commissions, a base salary, and monthly bonuses to reward performance.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership selling model.
• Offer Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and establish appointments in a designated territory.
• Grow a personal book of business and earn residual commissions through solid account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build strong client relationships across industries.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model


• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO


• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments


• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management


• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects


• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
