Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Ames, IA to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses. You will sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, building a robust client base in a hybrid field and home-office setup.

The role offers base salary with benefits and uncapped commissions, plus a structured training program and a clear career path with opportunities for promotion across diverse industries.

• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
