Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership model. The role combines a base salary with commission, a hybrid work setup, and robust training to help you grow your sales career.

You will prospect, present, and close with small businesses across various industries, earning uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a structured training path and opportunities for promotion within the company.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries

Year 1 on-target earnings between $80,000 - $87,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $101,000-119,000.

• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
