Job summary

Hibu is seeking Outside Sales Representatives to drive digital marketing solutions across a diversified portfolio, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. The role features an earned base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with a hybrid work setup combining home office and field activities.

You’ll participate in comprehensive training with clear career progression, and there is a strong focus on winning and growing

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build strong client relationships across industries.

• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
