Job summary

Cleveland Forklift is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Cleveland, OH. You will sell our full line of forklift equipment, provide quotes, and coordinate with service teams to meet customer needs.

The role rewards a competitive package with salary, commission, and benefits, and requires a customer-focused, organized, and proactive approach. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Sales experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote our full line of equipment to new and existing customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sell and promote our full line of equipment to new and existing customers
• Achieve sales and gross profit goals to develop business while sustaining customer satisfaction
• Develop new customer relationships with customers through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits
• Assist with problem solving and determining which equipment will best suit our prospects’ and customers’ needs
• Provide accurate and timely quotes
• Partner with our Service Department to resolve customer issues and requests
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times

• Education: High School or Equivalent
