Job summary

Cleveland Forklift is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Cleveland, OH. You will drive sales across our full line of forklift equipment, developing relationships with new and existing customers and delivering tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, accurate quoting, and collaboration with our service team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers a competitive salary plus commission, auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidate should be proficient with standard office technology and software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote our full line of equipment to new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales and gross profit goals to develop business while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Develop new customer relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Assist with problem solving and determine equipment best suited to customers’ needs.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes.
• Partner with Service Department to resolve customer issues and requests.
• Maintain a positive, professional conduct and appearance at all times.
