This field-based role is hybrid remote in Burnsville, MN, with step-by-step coaching, daily field support, and clear monthly targets. Expect 60+ hours in peak season and strong earning potential with commissions and bonuses.

MNRC is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners after storms and build long-term careers in exterior restoration.

We are interviewing and hiring this week.

This is a field-based, door-to-door role. You will work neighborhoods, meet homeowners face-to-face, inspect roofs and exteriors, and guide customers through the insurance restoration process.

• Clear monthly targets and income path to $80K–$112K+ in year one
