Honest Exteriors is hiring motivated sales professionals in the Twin Cities.

No roofing experience required—we train the right people.

This is a self-driven sales role ideal for individuals who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and want unlimited earning potential.

We are a fast-growing, licensed Minnesota general contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both retail homeowners and insurance restoration claims.

Compensation

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic earnings: $120,000 – $180,000+

What You’ll Do

• Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, gutters)
• Work retail and insurance restoration projects
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Write estimates and close contracts
• Manage projects from signed agreement through completion
• Maintain your pipeline and follow-up

Leads & Business Development

• This role offers multiple ways to generate income, with door-to-door canvassing as the primary lead source
• Door-to-door canvassing (primary focus)
• Storm-driven demand and targeted neighborhoods
• Office-provided leads (supplemental)
• Referral partners and B2B relationships
• Top performers take ownership of their pipeline and build a strong, consistent book of business
