Job summary

Legacy Restoration, LLC in North Carolina is hiring a Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and assess how we can improve their quality of life with our roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration services.

You will lead customers from initial inspection to project completion, with training and support from a seasoned sales team, while earning uncapped commissions and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Willingness to travel locally between neighborhoods and offices
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients.
• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and restoration needs, document findings with photos.
• Explain Legacy Restorations services and assist homeowners with insurance-related restoration decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems.

As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvasing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and seeking to understand how we can assist homeowners quality of life. You'll offer free roof inspections to get a firsthand look at the customers' needs, leading to conversations about what we can offer with our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.

• $70,000-$85,000+ average first-year earnings

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Sales Representative, you will identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients by generating leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting, and by following up on company-provided leads and homeowner requests for estimates.

You will conduct roof inspections to assess damage and restoration needs, document findings, and take photos. You will also explain Legacy Restoration’s services, help homeowners understand how exterior restoration work relates to their insurance, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process. Accurate customer information and sales activity must be maintained and tracked in company systems.

Don’t know anything about restoration or roofs? That’s okay, we offer training and development.

You’ll Need:

• To be at least 18 years of age
• To possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willingness to travel between assigned neighborhoods and local offices as needed
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

Physical Requirements

• Safely climb ladders and walk on roofs to inspect properties
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods while canvassing
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Follow all company safety guidelines and established procedures
