What You’ll Do:

- Travel within your local territory to meet pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)

- Conduct dynamic in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations (~45 minutes)

- One-call close and deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

- Accurately manage leads and follow-ups using an iPad and CRM system

What You Bring:

- Proven success in outside or in-home sales (Roofing, HVAC, Windows, or Solar preferred)

- Strong closer with the ability to one-call close

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable using an iPad and CRM tools

- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and self-managing

- Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory
