Job summary

Sonic Internet is seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Rep in California. You will connect with prospective customers, apply product knowledge, and strategically grow your customer base while delivering focused service. This on-site role offers uncapped commissions and the potential for strong earnings.

Requirements include a valid CA license for 3+ years, personal vehicle, and proven sales or customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

• Connect with prospective customers about our products and services (Door‑to‑Door) in your area.
• Apply knowledge of products to best meet customer needs.
• Strategically network and expand your customer base.
• Confidently provide focused customer service.
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics.

Requirements

• MUST have a valid CA license for at least 3+ years and a personal vehicle for transportation.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset backed by proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound consultative selling skills and mastery of the art of negotiation.
• You are computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish – highly preferred.

Pay Scale

Commission ONLY – $250 per sign‑up. Minimum target is 20 sign‑ups per month. Average salary: $65–$90k annually if employee stays on target, uncapped commission.
