Job summary

Sonic Internet is seeking a motivated Door to Door Sales Rep in California. You will connect with prospective customers, apply product knowledge to meet needs, and strategically grow your customer base while delivering focused service.

The role offers uncapped commission, on-target earnings, and full benefits with training and mentorship support. Prior door-to-door or field sales experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA license for at least 3+ years and have a personal vehicle.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Spanish bilingualism is highly preferred.

Requirements

• MUST have a valid CA license for at least 3+ years and a personal vehicle for transportation.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound consultative selling skills and mastery of the art of negotiation.
• You are computer savvy and capable of learning new computer applications.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish) - highly preferred

Pay Scale

Commission ONLY - $250 per sign up. Minimum target is 20 sign ups per month.

Average salary: $65-$90k annually if employee stays on target, uncapped commission.
