ScaleHouse Talent partners with a growing home remodeling company in Albany, NY to add proven sales professionals. You will meet homeowners, run company-generated appointments, understand needs, present solutions, and confidently close the sale.

This role offers a 100% commission W-2 structure with uncapped earning potential. Expect 8–10 appointments per week, three weeks of paid training, full benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evening appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or related in-home sales preferred
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

• Present bathroom remodeling solutions including tub-to-shower conversions and other upgrades

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their bathrooms. You'll run company-generated appointments, understand the homeowner's needs, present the right solution, and confidently close the sale.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Strong work ethic and willingness to be held to a high performance standard
