Join this 30 year old Medical Sales organization as their next Associate Sales Representative in the greater Albuquerque, New Mexico metro area. This role is a combination of prospecting and account management.

This client can offer you:

4. Promote from within. The goal of this position is to get promoted to a Sales Representative in a 2 year time line.

Compensation:

$80,000 Base Salary + Commission - $30,000 @ plan + Car Allowance + Expense Account + Comprehensive benefits plan. $110,000-$120,000 1st year earning potential.

Experience Desired:

1. BA/BS Degree - Life Sciences a plus
2. Activities/Leadership on campus. NCAA Sports a plus. Candidates who worked through school to finance education a plus.
3. 1st choice: Medical Sales &/or Dental Sales experience.
4. 2nd choice: Business-to-Business Sales from a Fortune 1000 firm or a firm with an excellent sales training program. Branch Manager or Fleet Sales in Rental Car organizations will also work.
5. Quota Attainment Percentage; Promotions; Annual Awards; Sales Ranking among region or nationwide.
