Job summary

Alta Medical Specialties, LLC is seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to develop new business in New Mexico. You will hunt for opportunities, build a robust pipeline of healthcare accounts and learn Alta's medical device portfolio while delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2+ years of sales experience (B2B or outside sales a plus).
• Hunter mentality: self-motivated, competitive and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Strong work ethic and a drive to grow a career in medical sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, organized and able to manage your own schedule.
• Willing to travel throughout the territory; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and win new business across the New Mexico territory through cold outreach, networking and in-person visits.
• Build and manage a pipeline of physicians, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare accounts.
• Learn Alta's product portfolio and confidently deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support Territory Managers and senior reps on account development, in-services and customer follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff to keep customers satisfied and coming back.
• Track activity, opportunities and results, and report regularly on progress toward sales goals.
• Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to give customers a great experience and grow revenue.
