This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face‑to‑face, and show them how a fixed‑rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full‑time W-2 with guaranteed base pay — your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.

• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business
• Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager

What You Need

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset
• Comfort starting face‑to‑face conversations with business owners
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
• 18 years or older, able to work full‑time in the Toledo and surrounding area
• No sales experience needed — our paid training program teaches you the rest
