Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Columbus area to represent Constellation Energy – the nation's largest producer of carbon-free energy, powering millions of homes and businesses across the country.

No sales experience required. Paid training provided.

This is in-person, B2B field sales: you'll work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. Full-time W-2 with guaranteed base pay – your income grows with your performance, with no ceiling.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work an assigned territory in the greater Columbus, visiting local businesses in person


• Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities


• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business


• Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager

What You Need

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset


• Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners


• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance


• 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Columbus and surrounding area


• No sales experience needed – our paid training program teaches you the rest
