Job summary

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Sharon region. You will engage homeowners with door-to-door and in-home consultations, presenting high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services, and building lasting customer relationships.

You’ll operate within a defined territory, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Training is provided, and the role includes strong compensation opportunities with uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
