Omni Fiber, a fast-growing fiber internet provider, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own and grow a territory around Fostoria. You will engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, presenting high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You’ll travel within your assigned communities and drive customer acquisition. The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, plus bonuses and a path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by law.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with ability to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) for sales presentations.
• Use of a personal vehicle; IRS rate reimburses mileage beyond 50 miles roundtrip.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
